    Families looking for comfort and safety

    The room was spacious, having enough space for my family to actually relax! Even better, the staff was always available and friendly.

    It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

    Nice hotel and excellent service. Big and excellent room, a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the room. Location so close to many shops as well as a Shopping Center. Also, in a very nice and safe area.

    Wi-Fi connection was slow.

    Lovely view of Caracas every morning.

    I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and I found hair in the shower. The service at the restaurant was slow, frustrating .

    Staying in the Beautiful King Room was a real treat! The room was spacious and comfy, with a cozy corner with a chair that was perfect. The marble bathroom was luxurious, and I loved having quality toiletries provided. The gym and spa were fantastic!

    The marble bathroom was luxurious and just perfect for pampering myself. Their spa had some great services. Plus, there's a cozy lounge area where I could chill and unwind. It was a great spot to relax after a busy day exploring!
